Affiliate Terms & Conditions

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You register with your name, email and mobile number and complete your profile. Information must be accurate and kept up to date.

Accounts are reviewed and may be approved, put on hold or declined. Only approved affiliates can earn commission.

Use the links shown in your dashboard. A sale is attributed to an affiliate when the buyer clicked that affiliate's link within the attribution window shown in the programme (normally 24 hours from the click; check the current setting in your dashboard). If the buyer clicked links of more than one affiliate, the latest valid click wins. Revisits do not extend the window.

Commission is earned only on products marked as affiliate-eligible and only after payment is verified by our server. It is calculated per item on the amount actually paid after discounts, using the product's commission rate shown in your dashboard (or the programme's default rate). The rate saved at the time of the sale does not change afterwards.

New commissions start as pending and become available for payout after review. Orders that are cancelled, refunded, charged back or found to be invalid have their commission reversed, including after it became available; reversed amounts may be deducted from future payouts.

Payouts are reviewed on a weekly Wednesday-to-Wednesday cycle and paid after verification, once your available balance reaches the minimum payout shown in your dashboard. You must provide correct payout details; we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details. Applicable taxes are your responsibility, and we may deduct tax where the law requires.

Purchasing through your own link, or orders using your own email or mobile number, are held for review and do not automatically earn commission. Fake orders, refund cycling, cookie stuffing, malicious redirects or any attempt to manipulate attribution will lead to reversal and suspension.

Promote honestly. Do not make misleading or guaranteed-income claims, invent discounts, post fake reviews, send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or run ads that misuse the iDigital Store name. Disclose that you earn a commission when you recommend products, as required by advertising guidelines. Full rules are in the Affiliate Guidelines.

You may use the iDigital Store name and product information only to promote the store through your links. You may not register domains or social handles using the brand, or imply you are iDigital Store.

We may suspend or close an affiliate account for breach of these terms. You may leave at any time. On termination, valid available commission earned before termination is paid in the normal cycle; pending or reversed commission connected to a breach is forfeited.

You are an independent promoter, not an employee or agent of iDigital Store, and you are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your promotion.

We may change commission rates, products or these terms for future sales. Changes do not affect commission already recorded. Continued participation means you accept the updated terms.
